How to Get Prom Season Item in Animal Crossing

The Animal Crossing series focuses on daily life experiences, and Animal Crossing New Horizons continues that trend. The developers have not only brought back well-known events such as Bunny Day and the New Year's Eve celebration, but they have also introduced a number of seasonal items that tie in with annual events. In February, sports-themed furniture was made available for players to prepare for the Super Bowl, and for the month of April, prom-themed items will be introduced for the first time in the series.


With the new prom season Animal Crossing items, players to turn their living room, basement, or island into their very own school party. Where to Buy New Horizon Prom Items


Like many of the other seasonal decorations in Animal Crossing, some prom items are purchased from Nook Shopping's seasonal selections. Go to the island's residential services and go to the trusty Nook Stop machine on the right side of the room. Select the Nook Shopping option and scroll right to the list of prom items for sale. There are three items to choose from:


   Prom Wall - 3000 Bells

   Prom Flooring - 3000 Bells

   Prom Sash - 3,500 Bells


These items don't cost very much in the grand scheme of things, especially when compared to the total price of the last home loan. Digging up three to four fossils is enough to pay for them all.



The following set of items can be purchased from the Able Sister's Clothing store. Stroll past where it was set up and enter the clothing stall to check out all the prom options available.

Buying a complete outfit set costs around 9,000 Animal Crossing bells, which isn't much compared to some of the expensive electronics available from Nook's Cranny. However, the outfits come in a variety of colors, so it can be quite expensive to buy one. There is no charge for trying on any of them, so there's no need to buy them all unless players plan to dress up their villagers on Harvey's Island and throw a fake party for photo shoots.
